Experience & Insight

Shawn brings breath and depth of experience having worked in global organizations for over two decades. He has served as Global Head of L&D for a technology services company, Chief of People and Culture for an international hospitality brand, Vice President of Human Resources for a non-profit leader in economic development, and Head of Training, Quality, and Operations for global contact centers delivering 24x7x365 multi-channel support. Across these roles, he has designed enterprise-wide learning strategies, strengthened leadership pipelines, improved operational performance, and elevated employee engagement through building cultures based on dignity and respect.

He brings all of these experiences and expertise to his speaking, hosting, emceeing, and keynote address experience.
